In the case of companies, the goods are delivered directly to the delivery address.

If the company’s delivery address is a post box or has a post box number, the article is sent by parcel post to the postal service’s delivery point; door-to-door delivery is not included in this service.Information on the cost of other types of delivery (e.g. By messenger) will be provided by the salesperson, as these prices vary depending on delivery address. Articles may not be picked up at Carlson. In the case of part deliveries, the customer is billed the normal shipping price.Damage incurred in shipping must be reported to Carlson on the day of the shipment’s arrival. WarrantiesAll products are limited warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Batteries, accessories and peripherals are limited warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase.

If notice is received of such defects during the limited warranty period, the proven defective product(s) will either be repaired or replaced, at the manufacturer’s option.
